Description:
The patent covers the clamping frame using a thumb screw, and flat tools wider at both ends than in the middle. Individual tools can be slid out for use while being retained in the bundle, or removed from the bundle.

Perram was also assignee for a nearly identical wrench set (patent no. 1,001,280) marketed as the TWIN GRIP.
